Homemade Raspberry Swirl Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Whole Milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Raspberries

Directions

  1. Combine the heavy whipping cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a 1 quart jar. Shake for about 5 minutes, or until it has the consistency of whipped cream. Pour into a freezer proof container.
  2. Mash the raspberries until they make a smooth paste. Drizzle on the ice cream, then swirl in.
  3. Freeze until solid. Serve as a cool treat!
