Whole Wheat Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Directions

  1. In a medium sized bowl cream together butter and sugar.
  2. Add bananas and eggs. Once mixed add the baking soda.
  3. Fold in flour and walnuts.
  4. Grease a loaf pan with olive oil and pour the dough into it.
  5. Sprinkle a couple pinches of cinnamon on top.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
