Whole Wheat Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup walnuts
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl cream together butter and sugar.
- Add bananas and eggs. Once mixed add the baking soda.
- Fold in flour and walnuts.
- Grease a loaf pan with olive oil and pour the dough into it.
- Sprinkle a couple pinches of cinnamon on top.
- Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
